It is unbelievable how speedily the welcome new ‘Bath-Knight’ has been installed here.
I am delighted with the installation and hope my recommendations to other friends will be noted.
I shall be 81 this month and have been struggling for some time with arthritis and getting in and out of the bath was becoming impossible.
I have been amazed at the courtesy shown by all of you – and at the speed and efficiency with which the work was done.
Mr Thandi who carried out the actual installation – completed the work in less than 2 hours – very efficiently indeed and the bathroom and bedroom used for installation purposes were extremely tidy and clean afterwards (even that did me a good turn)
As for the 2 visits made by Mark I feel I have had so much care on each occasion – his introductory visit lasted quite some time and was so comforting and cheerful – old ladies are not always given the respect they should be afforded- and I appreciate the second visit to check the work done (and cleaning!!)
Many thanks to everyone connected even the delivery arranged was right on time.

I’ve had the Bath-Knight fitted this week it’s brilliant, first bath for months due to my disabilities.I would like to say Mark was excellent showing me the demonstration and a nice disposition, polite and helpful making me feel I needed this product to help me in my daily life giving me independence.

Dear Care-KnightI am writing to let you know i am delighted i am with our 'Bath-Knight'. I was compelled to resort to showering due to repeated falls while attempting to get in and out of the bath, resulting in severe bruising!
Now those fears are banished forever and bathing is now a time of relaxation and enjoyment!
To have a demonstration and 'try out' in the privacy of our home was a joy, thanks to your advisor who made us feel relaxed and at ease, and the gentleman who fitted it he was so efficient making sure i knew how it worked before leaving.

Dear SirsI am writing on behalf of Dorothy, she is an 85 year old lady who has found it very difficult to get in and out of the bath, in fact it has got very dangerous.
She had a brochure come through the post and decided to give you a ring. The advisor was a joy and a laugh, he is so kind, patient and very good at his job. Dorothy tried the Bath-Knight Bath Lift twice and though it was really good. This happened on the Monday, by the Wednesday morning the Bath-Knight Bath Lift was fitted with no mess. She is very pleased with it because she loves her bath, now in safety.
We cannot thank you enough and would thoroughly recommend it to all who have trouble bathing.

Being in my 93rd year I have had difficulty getting out of the bath recently and decided it was to be shower and stool in the future much to my disappointment.
My daughter contacted her friend who had a Bath-Knight Bath Lift for several years and who invited me to view her Bath Lift. Most impressed my daughter contacted your office and a demonstration was arranged for the following Tuesday in our home and the following Tuesday your Engineer arrived and the installation was completed at noon. One could not see that any work had been carried out, thanks to your engineer. I had my bath on the Tuesday night and several since and look forward to the future.

Dear Bath-KnightWe could have said how courteous your telephone answering lady was at our first call, we could have said how efficient the return material was sent to us on the information we requested, we could have said hoe prompt your representative was, how logical and helpful his build up to your product was, but the practical demonstration was wonderful.
The fitter was a man that eyed up the job to be done and got on with no hesitation but what a competent friendly man he was, I cannot say he was quiet as he drilled away but not a spot of dust was left to clean away. Of course you need such good service to back up such a wonderful product, but what we would like to say is thank you all, and we mean all from the junior to the boss for such a simple product that is so appreciated to us as we get older and need your help.
